Ms. Sukirtha has discovered a group of bush foods that could be a nutritious alternative to salt. Ms. Sukirtha is a Lecturer attached to the Department of Biosystems Technology, University of Jaffna, and she is currently pursuing her PhD at University of Queensland, Australia.
